A map for members and guests

We have a conventional Guestbook where you are welcome to leave comments, but you can also / instead add yourself to this map. It would be interesting to see where visitors are from, and why you are interested in our church.

If you now live in Gillingham, but originally come from elsewhere, you may prefer to give that location to add interest (the button colour can show you are now local).

About this map : you can ...

Add yourself by clicking on "Join" in the top left of the map.

New to Frappr? - you might find it useful to read this before joining.

View where others are: to "zoom in" click on the "+" (repeatedly) on the bottom right of the map or use your scroll button. The map can be dragged to position appropriately.

View entries: click on a photo on the left or on a dot on the map to see an entry pin; you can then:

  • click on the photo on the pin to see a larger picture (click on the larger picture to close it)
  • click on the name at the top to see that person's Frappr entry
  • click on the X (top right of the pin) to close the pin

Changing map scale

Instead of clicking on the +/- symbols you might find it easier to roll your scroll button in the middle of your mouse (if it has one). Click anywhere on the map, then scroll away from you to zoom in, towards you to zoom out (go gently, the scale changes rapidly!).
this applies to all Google maps

Dragging maps

You can "drag" this (or any) Google map by holding your left mouse button down and moving your mouse in the direction you want to move the map.
